Idly Podi – Spicy Chutney Powder for Idli & Dosa - SAFT MASALA
Idly Podi – Spicy Chutney Powder for Idli & Dosa

The ultimate sidekick to fresh idlis and dosas, our Idly Podi is a coarse, spicy chutney powder made with roasted lentils, sesame seeds, dried red chillies, and curry leaves.

Also known as gunpowder podi, this South Indian breakfast staple delivers a nutty, spicy crunch that pairs perfectly with a drizzle of sesame oil or ghee over hot idlis and dosas.

Mix with a spoon of sesame oil or ghee and serve alongside idli, dosa, or upma. It also works as a quick topping for rice, or stirred into curd rice for extra flavour.

Made with roasted lentils and whole spices, no preservatives or artificial flavours, ground fresh in small batches. FSSAI certified.
